BRUNO BOCK ACQUIRES IPOX CHEMICALS

Marschacht and Laupheim, November 11th, 2022

We are pleased to announce that Bruno Bock and ipox chemicals arrived to the final agreement under which Bruno Bock is acquiring ipox chemicals GmbH and its wholly owned Hungarian subsidiary ipox chemicals Kft.

As part of the transaction the companies agreed to continue operation at the ipox sites in Laupheim and Budapest in addition to Bruno Bockยดs sites in Marschacht and Waterloo.

The acquisition marks an important milestone in Bruno Bockยดs transformation to a specialty chemicals business. The complementary product portfolios strengthen the groups position in the Coatings, Adhesives and Sealants industry and โ€œcreateโ€ an innovative and highly specialized partner for customers globally.
