ipox RD 17

CAS NR.: 2461-15-6

A monofunctional reactive diluent based on 2-ethylhexanol

Polymers can be made emulsifiable by reactive modification with ipox RD 17 so that, for example, mineral oils can be used as drilling oil emulsions. This results in better cooling capability and a reduction in costs.

  • ipox RD 17 has the best dilution performance of all ipox glycidyl ethers.
  • The product enables the formulation of self-emulsifying epoxy resins.
